Jen Selter Workout

If you’ve been on Instagram scrolling through the most-followed profiles any amount, surely you have come across fitness model Jen Selter. She’s known as the “Queen of the Belfie”, which if you don’t know is a “butt selfie”. Selter obviously has an amazing derriere and is not afraid to showcase it for all her followers on social media.

But how did she get into such great shape? If you want to get a backside like Jen, you need to follow her workout routines which I’ll go into detail below.

Luckily (and wisely for her as a businesswoman), Jen makes it easy to do exactly what she does by releasing her own set of fitness plans. They are called Jen Selter’s Fitplans and you can get them through an app on your smartphone. She has four different plans available for purchase on FitPlanApp.com. In no particular order, these are the routines you can subscribe to if you want to train with Jen Selter!

Lower Body & Booty Guide

Get that butt that Jen has with this workout plan! Here’s what it involves:

Requirements:

  • 41-day plan
  • 5x per week training
  • 45-minute sessions

All of these different workout plans can be purchased through FitPlanApp under a subscription. They offer a 7-day free trial if you want to give it a test before committing full time.
